Centercourt Field Hockey is partnering with SETS Strength and Conditioning to host a 90 minute training session that will include 45 minutes of intensive stick skills (coached by Cara Marcoux) and 45 minutes of progressive speed and agility, coached by strength and conditioning coaches.  Explosive speed and consistent stick work are a perfect recipe for an elite player, and we are combining both of these into one program.  

**This 6 week program will have a hard cap of 40 players, grades 6th-8th, to keep the program efficient.

**Players MUST HAVE experience and be comfortable passing, receiving and shooting.  

NO REFUND OR CREDIT WILL BE GIVEN FOR MISSED SESSIONS
