4 high intensity, 90 minute training sessions of tryout prep.  Sessions will run like a traditional HS practice with the focus on preparing each athlete for their HS tryouts and season. Fundamentals, game play, and conditioning will all be included in the sessions. Leads right up to the start of the HS season.
