Each week, players will run through innovative drills to enhance their dodges and shot selection. Players will learn the difference between power and placement and how to effectively get high quality shots off under pressure. Coaches will emphasize the importance of protecting their sticks allowing them more opportunities to score. This program is not solely for the attackers or midfielders, defenders can improve their stick skills and dodges too!
