Girls Lacrosse Core Skills-

Progressive instruction at an appropriate skill level to your player (from complete beginner to intermediate levels). Coach to player ratio is kept low and each group will be divided according to skill. Fundamentals and game play will be covered throughout the sessions.

Program focus: Fundamentals, small sided play, attacking and defensive concepts
